I've been making my website in Dreamweaver using the 'table' technique. To be honest, I don't like the program. I mean, sure, it can help you learn HTML, but it's so basic... It seems rather limited. Blogs like this allow you to do pretty much the same thing with less work. I mean, sure, you can customize the dreamweaver site, but it's more work. Some of the stuff is hard to figure out, but most of it is alright.
